1. General Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will consider refunds or replacements under specific circumstances as outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We will issue refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect Order: If you received the wrong items.
  • Damaged or Spoiled Food: If your order arrives in poor condition (e.g., spoiled, contaminated, or damaged packaging).
  • Missing Items: If part of your order is missing.
  • Late Delivery: If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time and no prior notice was given.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer Preference: If you change your mind after placing an order.
  • Incorrect Address Provided: If the order was delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
  • Failure to Collect: If you fail to collect a pickup order within the designated time.
  • Third-Party Delivery Issues: If the order was placed through third-party delivery services (Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon), you must contact their customer support directly.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Within 24 Hours of receiving your order at sushifusion@gmail.com with the subject line: Refund/Replacement Request – Order #XXXX.
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the item(s) in question (if applicable)
  3. Our customer support team will review your request within 48 hours and respond with the next steps.

4. Refund Processing & Timeframes

  • If your refund is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
  • If a replacement is approved, we will arrange for redelivery at no extra cost.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may only be canceled within 10 minutes of placing them.
  • If your order has already been prepared or dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

6. Additional Fees

  • If a refund is approved, the cost of the item(s) will be refunded, but delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • In cases where a redelivery is required due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional charges may apply.
